How do I join? / How can I become a member?

Join us by signing up with a customer account. From there you can start earning points.

How do I earn points? / How can I earn points?

Earning points is super simple! For example, signing up to our newsletter already earns you 200 points and just by creating a customer account you receive 400. Discover all the ways to earn points, when you sign up to your loyalty account.

How do I redeem my points?

You can start redeeming at 1000 points! Simply go to the Rewards section under your Points Overview page and unlock the exclusive awards. Then simply apply the discount code at checkout.

How do I view my point balance?

You can find your earned points and current tier in your Membership information box in the Points Overview page.

How much are points worth?

For every 100 points earned you get a £1 discount for your next order.
